Title: 백만장자의 첫사랑 [Baekmanjangja-Ui Cheot-Sarang] - A Millionaire's First Love
Release: February 9, 2006
Country: Korea
Genre: Romance, Fall From Grace, Slice of Lfe
Notable Actor(s)/Actress(es): Hyun Bin
One-Line-Review: Appreciate what you have, because you never know when you will lose it.

Typical story of a wealthy brat kid who has his life changed after meeting the girl. Story is again, nothing to die for. The screenplay is somewhat jumpy in this movie, with plenty of back story missing from the characters and less than average transitions between scenes. For example, one scene you see the main characters arguing with each other, then the immediate following scene they're talking about past memories (which the audiences were assumed to know what happened 19years ago). A couple times I had to rewatch what just happened and listen to the dialog in order to understand a couple of things the characters were talking about. Worst yet, there were some scenes in which I had to just give up understanding whats going on and go with the flow.

I applaud Hyun Bin's performance in this movie as the wealthy brat. Not a lot of actors/actresses perform a believable spoiled kid from my movie watching experiences. So yes, props to him. Unfortunately the chemistry between him and Lee Yeon Hee ( lead female) was more than lacking.

A mediocre movie in the end. Would I watch it again? Not if I like watching paint dry.
